went for a short training ride.
set the IRO up in time trial mode.
did a short bit of motorpacing b/c i rode by my girlfriend's house right as she was leaviing to come to school. got up to 32mph for a short bit.
tried to race all the other cars i saw on the road, to no avail.
was trackstanding at a stoplight in the middle of the lane and had a car honk at me and squeeze up beside me. yelled at him and called him an asshole then tried to catch him as we went through town. almost got him too.
got buzzed twice, once by an suv and once by a pickup with a 20ft trailer.
ate a really heavy bowl of soup midride which put an end to my plans to really haul ass home.

KEEP OFF ROCK
monday's training ride was not very long. but it was cold. rode up the only big hill close by and on this side of the hudson. roads were wet at the bottom, but i didn't realize that they were going to be frozen at the top.
made for a sketchy ride, especially since i haven't ridden the geared bike outside in probably 6 months.
