monday's training ride was not very long. but it was cold. rode up the only big hill close by and on this side of the hudson. roads were wet at the bottom, but i didn't realize that they were going to be frozen at the top. made for a sketchy ride, especially since i haven't ridden the geared bike outside in probably 6 months.
